Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
- USA & UK: 7–12 business days
- Europe, GCC & Australia: 8–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing, not from the order date.
Shipping cost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping applies on orders over $150.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show updates after dispatch.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
